1835 ORKNEY ISLANDS a complete insurance enquiry form sent from Edinburgh to the island of Sanday then returned to Edinburgh  with good KIRKWALL namestamp on reverse. There are no inward postal marking so it looks like this was carried privately to the island. From Standard Life Insurance Co. These forms are usually found incomplete but this has the answers and also the accompanying letter.
